1. Service Plan

Sanctuary Cleaning Co. offers premium residential upkeep. Our experts arrive equipped with high-end supplies. Should your residence require specific chemical solutions, kindly position them on your counter and notify our team so we can tailor the service accordingly.

2. Support Channels

Our office staff is available to assist you between 8:00am and 6:00pm throughout the work week. General messages sent outside this window will be handled on the following business day. For urgent matters requiring immediate logistical support, please text 705-770-4436 to connect with a representative without delay.

3. Booking Updates

To uphold our commitment to precision and staff reliability, we require at least 48 hours of advance notice for any booking modifications. Frequent last-minute rescheduling may lead to extra processing costs or the forfeiture of your specific standing appointment time to ensure our roster remains optimized.

4. Entry & Billing

Cancellations provided within the 48-hour window incur a 25% charge, while those under 24 hours are billed at 50%. If our specialists cannot enter your home at the scheduled time, the total service cost will be applied. We maintain a secure keyless policy and ask for digital entry credentials two days before your visit.

5. Security & Care

Prioritizing your home's integrity is our main objective. All staff are rigorously screened and carry comprehensive bonding and insurance. If you notice any discrepancies, please reach out within 24 hours. We will initiate a formal assessment to ensure a resolution that aligns with our professional service standards.

6. Accidents and Damages

While our crew handles your belongings with maximum care, Sanctuary Cleaning Co. cannot be held responsible for the inherent wear of surfaces, prior structural issues, or the accidental damage of unsecured decor. Any accidental damage must promptly be brought to the attention of the office for repair or replacement.

7. Marketing

Our marketing team may occasionally share non-identifying ‘after’ photos from your home cleanings on our social media pages to showcase our work. If you prefer that photos from your home are not used for marketing, please let our office know at any time.
